Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with TRENCH ORDER.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will replace items if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The wrong size was sent (if our error)

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

To request a replacement, you must email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • The order was never fulfilled

  • The item is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled because production may have already started.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRENCH ORDER is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
